Collaboration with the SEO BirdLife Foundation
Study and conservation of wild birds and their habitat.
Colaboramos con la Fundación Castell de Peralada para llevar a cabo la modernización y digitalización del fondo documental de imágenes del Festival Internacional Castell de Peralada, que se celebra desde hace 35 años en la localidad gerundense.
Este proyecto permitirá la transformación digital del fondo documental —formado por un total de más de 50.000 archivos consultables, entre fotografías, ilustraciones y otros documentos entre los que destacan grandes momentos de la historia de las artes escénicas— facilitando su accesibilidad digital para todo el mundo a través de Internet.
Nuestra colaboración irá destinado a los recursos materiales y humanos necesarios para digitalizar el archivo, favoreciendo el acceso a la riqueza cultural e histórica del festival reconocido por su excelencia, tradición, vanguardia e innovación.
Se prevé que la transformación digital de la primera fase del fondo documental de 21.000 imágenes finalice antes de 2023, si bien el acuerdo de colaboración podría extenderse más allá de esta fecha.

Uno de los valores que impulsamos es la inclusión de todas las personas y la integración de la diversidad. Por este motivo, colaboramos con diversas entidades sociales para que personas con capacidades diferentes puedan disfrutar de unas salidas a la naturaleza que, además, potencian la sensibilización y el respeto al medioambiente.
Durante este 2022, estas visitas se han realizado en la Ciudad Encantada de Cuenca, el Parque Nacional de Doñana, la montaña de Montserrat y el Parque Natural de Albufera (Valencia) como lugares de especial interés natural y cultural, donde los usuarios principales han sido colectivos en riesgo de exclusión social.
Entre las entidades con las que se ha colaborado se encuentran la Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado (CEAR), la Asociación Santa Oliva de Olesa de Montserrat, la Fundación Estimia (Barcelona), Asociación Descalzos al Bosque (Sevilla), Asociación Neurodes (Torrent/Valencia), Asociación Aprompis (Cuenca), Asociación Aspadec (Cuenca), Itarinatura (Navarra) y el Patronat de la Muntanya de Montserrat.
Desbroce de parcelas
Esta colaboración con la Fundació Formació i Treball está destinada para facilitar la integración social de personas en riesgo de exclusión. Se llevan a cabo labores de desbroce de las parcelas donde se ubican instalaciones de Cellnex que requieren mantenimiento y limpieza forestal de los terrenos.

Con motivo del traslado de la sede corporativa de Cellnex en Barcelona, la Fundación Cellnex se ha unido a la Associació Cívica La Nau para que más de 1.500 elementos de mobiliario en buen estado (mesas, sillas, armarios, muebles auxiliares… ) procedentes de las antiguas oficinas tengan una segunda vida, repartiéndose por un centenar de entidades sociales.
La Nau actúa a modo de banco de productos no alimentarios, con la misión de facilitar la relación entre empresas socialmente responsables y entidades sociales para cubrir las necesidades de nuestro entorno más cercano. Se encargó de distribuir el mobiliario donado por Cellnex entre varias entidades receptoras.

Colaboración con la Fundación Greennova
Contribución en la mitigación del cambio climático.
Iniciamos una colaboración con la Fundación Greennova para ayudar a impulsar sus proyectos de captación de CO2 atmosférico y contribuir así en la mitigación del cambio climático.
Esta colaboración se enmarca en nuestro compromiso con el medio ambiente y la lucha contra el cambio climático. Una aportación económica que se une a la de otras entidades para financiar sus proyectos CAPTACO2 y GRAFECO2, brindándonos la oportunidad de implicarnos activa y responsablemente con la reducción de la influencia del cambio climático y el calentamiento global a través de la captura de CO2, gas de efecto invernadero.
El objetivo final se centra en la industrialización de los captadores, que tendrá un impacto positivo en la creación de puestos de trabajo. Además, los recursos económicos derivados de la actividad económica generada por la industrialización serán reinvertidos en otros proyectos sin ánimo de lucro de la Fundación Greenova.
Estudio y conservación de las aves silvestres y su hábitat.
Junto a Cellnex Telecom y Cellnex España, hemos firmado un acuerdo de colaboración con la Fundación SEO BirdLife, una asociación científica sin ánimo de lucro y con reconocido prestigio a nivel internacional para el estudio y conservación de las aves silvestres y su hábitat.
Nuestro cometido es contribuir económicamente con SEO BirdLife para posibilitar el desarrollo de programas y proyectos ambientales y sostenibles que ayuden a la conservación de hábitats y especies agro-esteparias en el ámbito territorial de España y Portugal.
Objetivos
We are collaborating with the Castell de Peralada Foundation to modernise and digitalise the documentary collection of images of the Castell de Peralada International Festival, which has been held for 35 years in this town in Girona.
This project will allow the digital transformation of the documentary collection, made up of more than 50,000 searchable files, including photographs, illustrations and other documents, some of them showing great moments in the history of the performing arts. Hence, the collection will be digitally accessible to everyone via the Internet.
Our collaboration will focus on the material and human resources needed to digitalise the file, favouring access to the cultural and historical richness of this festival, which is recognised for its excellence, tradition, avant-garde and innovation.
In a scheduled first phase, the digital transformation of the 21,000-image file will be completed by 2023, although the partnership agreement could be extended beyond this date.

One of the values we promote is the inclusion of all persons and the integration of diversity. For this reason, we collaborate with different social organisations so that persons with disabilities can enjoy nature outings that also raise awareness and respect for the environment.

Phases of the forest clearance project:
On the occasion of the relocation of Cellnex’s corporate headquarters in Barcelona, the Cellnex Foundation has joined forces with the Associació Cívica La Nau to give a second life to more than 1,500 items of furniture that were in good condition (tables, chairs, storage units, auxiliary furniture…). These recycled items from the old offices have been distributed to around one hundred social organisations.
La Nau acts as a non-food product bank, with the mission of facilitating the relationship between socially responsible companies and social organisations to cover the needs of our immediate environment.

Collaboration with the Greennova Foundation
We have entered into a collaboration with the Greennova Foundation to help promote its atmospheric CO2 capture projects and thus contribute to the mitigation of climate change.
This collaboration is part of our commitment to the environment and the combat against climate change. An economic contribution that joins that of other entities to finance their projects CAPTACO2 and GRAFECO2, giving us the opportunity to get actively and responsibly involved in reducing the influence of climate change and global warming through the capture of CO2, a greenhouse gas.
The final objective focuses on the industrialization of the collectors, which will have a positive impact on job creatiob. In addition, the economic resources derived from the economic activity generated by industrialization will be reinvested in other non-profit projects of the Greenova Foundation.
Collaboration with the SEO BirdLife Foundation
Together with Cellnex Telecom and Cellnex Spain, we have signed a collaboration agreement with the SEO BirdLife Foundation, a non-profit scientific association with recognized international prestige devoted to the study and conservation of wild birds and their habitat.
Our mission is to contribute financially to SEO BirdLife Foundation to enable the development of environmental and sustainable programs and projects that help the conservation of habitats and agro-steppe species in Spain and Portugal.
