Generating synergies and key alliances with strategic agents in the territory is not only fundamental for us but also a good practice. Hence, by developing projects collaboratively, we can achieve a greater impact and reach innovative solutions responding to the needs of the environment and society.
We lead these programs in alliance with other public or private organisations to address specific needs that are coherent with Cellnex’s activity.
Through a good conceptualisation and the development of a map of the stakeholders in each project -at regional, national and European levels-, we acquire a clear and complete vision of the main actors that will take part. We also identify the needed skills at the different levels of action to achieve common objectives (expertise, dissemination, facilitation of relationships and contacts, recruitment and development of joint actions).
